• comprehensive analysis of an intake form, including 3 days of sleep and feeding logs as well as questions about your child’s health, temperament and more.

• 60-90 minute sleep education call, in which we discuss setting up solid sleep foundations and what to expect at this stage

• 30-minute follow-up call to be used within one month of our sleep education call
