Service Description
This service includes: -detailed analysis of mini intake form (including feeding and sleep logs) -60 minute Zoom call which includes education around normal infant sleep, a discussion around your current sleep challenges, as well as strategies you can implement to make changes that work for your family -after the phone call, I will send you notes from everything discussed as well as any relevant resources such as handouts and/or videos
