Service Description

What this package includes: •comprehensive analysis of an intake form, including sleep and feeding logs as well as questions about your child’s health, temperament, and more. • 60-90 min sleep education call, in which we discuss age-appropriate expectations as well as foundations for healthy sleep. •30 min sleep plan call to collaboratively create and customize a plan to meet your sleep goals •two check-in video calls to support the implementation of your sleep plan and troubleshoot any challenges that arise (Note: based on client preference, support calls could be replaced with email follow-up every 2 days) •two weekly summaries sent to you by email •relevant articles and handouts to expand your knowledge and aid in implementation
